We leveraged research into audience buckets to gain behavioural and taste-based insights. Using that information, we tailored our campaign to multiple audiences, adapting our tone, visual aesthetic, and content to each individual group.
After scraping the comments, we were able to determine interests with high user sentiment & engagement among each other.
Combining of the comment data, we had a clear view of audience and interest correlation, to inform our creative strategy.
